Honey Creamers are fantastic for adding value to your honey, mixing your honey for 15 minutes every hour while it crystalizes disturbing the crystals as they form. After 4 – 7 days the honey will be fully crystalized and have a very fine texture. Creamers are especially useful for problems honeys like canola that have good flavour but candy too readily.
